With a culinary career that began as Chef de Partie with Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo, Chef Philippe Augé continued his career at Relais & Châteaux Royal Champagne, where he was awarded a Michelin star in 2001. In 2008, he took charge of the kitchens at Hostellerie de Levernois and continues to delight gourmet palates.
