"There's not only an aesthetic vocation here, but also a productive one, in keeping with the hotel's environmental approach and ecosystem. The land here is worked with total respect for nature, based on the principles of permaculture, and natural treatments ; such as nettle purin and ladybugs, whose presence regulates certain diseases".
